Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, is known for being the winery that won the Cabernet Sauvignon competition in the 1976 Judgment of Paris. It was founded in 1970, and is considered a Napa Valley first-growth estate.
Join us as we pair Chef's exquisite creations with the award winning wines of Stag's Leap Wine Cellars.

2016 AVETA Sauvignon Blanc - Napa Valley, California
Inviting aromas of citrus, guava, lemongrass, orange blossom, and hints of boxwood and tangerine. On the palate, the wine is fresh and bright with citrus flavors, and a lingering finish with a touch of bright acidity. The weight, flavorful texture, and acidity make this a versatile food wine.
BRAISED GUINEA FOWL WITH SPICED BUTTERNUT SQUASH, FIG CHUTNEY, AND TOASTED ALMONDS
2015 KARIA Chardonnay - Napa Valley, California
This graceful Chardonnay opens with fragment aromas of white peach, pear, and honeysuckle with light tropical fruit and cream soda notes. Medium bodied, this wine has a lovely texture and delicate ripe fruit notes with hints of minerality and lemon zest on the finish.
SAUTEED VEAL SCALLOPS WITH CALVADOS
2015 Hands of Time Red - Napa Valley, California
This Napa Valley red blend offers aromas of boysenberry, fig, and red currant, along with hints of clove and dried fruit. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, and textured with lingering fruit and mixed berry flavors on the finish.
VENISON MEDALLIONS WITH BLACK CURRANT SAUCE, SERVED WITH ROASTED FINGERLING POTATOES AND SWEET CORN
2015 ARTEMIS Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa Valley, California
Aromas of dark cherry and berry fruit, cassis, sweet vanilla, and a hint of olive. On the palate, the wine has a smooth entry with a rich mouthfeel, and lingering aftertaste of black cherry and dusty cocoa.
ORANGE CRÈME BRULEE
Torres Orange Liqueuer - Catalunya, Spain
Fine and dark amber-colored with a deep, warm aroma, with traces of dried fruit and nuts. It exhibits elegant hints of spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It is round, intensely velvety, and lush on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste typical of its noble origin and aristocratic aging.
