Join us for a five course wine pairing dinner featuring chef's exquisite menu paired with the fine wines of Silver Oak. The doors open at 6:30 PM with an appetizer and sparkling wine reception. The wine dinner starts at 7PM.

Established in 1972, Silver Oak Cellars is a family-owned, California winery dedicated to producing only Cabernet Sauvignon. Silver Oak was established in 1972 by Ray Duncan and Justin Meyer. It is currently operated by David and Tim Duncan - both are son's of Ray Duncan. Silver Oak has two wineries; one in Oakville in the Napa Valley and one in Geyserville in the Alexander Valley. The Duncan Family also established Twomey Cellars in 1999, where they produce Pinot noir, Merlot and Sauvignon blanc. Twomey has wineries in Calistoga and Healdsburg.

2017 Twomey Sauvignon Blanc – Napa Valley, California
Golden straw hues, and lively aromatics, including mango, guava, a touch of ginger, apple, and honey. Playful grassy element, candied Meyer lemon with anise with tart lime, pithy grapefruit, and bright acidity.
DUCK CAVATAPPI WITH MARSALA CREAM SAUCE AND MOREL MUSHROOMS
2014 Twomey Merlot – Napa Valley, California
Hints of black cherry, roasted meat, wet soil, raspberry jam, mocha, loose pipe tobacco, dried blueberry, and brioche. Velvety entry, structured mid-palate, mouthwatering, bright cherry, blackberry, vanilla flavors, and an enticing texture.
VEAL MEDALLIONS WITH TOMATO RAGU, BROCCOLINI, AND FINGERLING POTATOES
2014 Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon–Alexander Valley, California
The 2014 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a garnet color with a ruby red rim and a bluish tint. It has a nose of chocolate-covered strawberries, vanilla, nutmeg, truffle, and sage. On the palate, it has a broad yet delicate entry, and offers cranberry flavors. These flavors are complemented by raspberry and pluot with savory black olive characters on the mid-palate. The wine finishes with silky tannins, cedar, and bramble flavors, with excellent length and return.
BRAISED BEEF CHEEK WITH SWEET POTATO PUREE AND WILD MUSHROOM CONFIT
2014 Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon– Napa Valley, California
The 2014 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has an opaque crimson color, with a purplish hue. The alluring nose draws you in with notes of cassis, black cherry, pipe tobacco, salted caramel, cocoa beans, and fresh strawberry. This full-bodied wine enters with a depth of flavor, and offes mouth-coating, velvety tannins, and flavors of cream soda and red fruit. Black currant and vanilla notes crescendo through the palate to the lengthy finish.
