1st Course

With Couscous and Béarnaise Lobster Essence

2013 Entrapment Chardonnay - Columbia Valley, WA

Tasting Notes: This wine brings both pristine apple blossom scents and supple fruit flavors, with lively acidity and plenty of toast.

Barrel-fermented in two-thirds new French oak, it’s an especially fine value.

2nd Course

Mushroom Terrine

With Bourbon Buerre Blanc

Tasting Notes: Hailing from three of the state’s finest vineyards, this pretty wine features notes of savory herbs,

red currant, pomegranate, roasted red pepper and a hint of tobacco.

3rd Course

Beef Cheek Ravioli

With a Cabernet Cream Sauce

2013 Gun Metal Red Blend, Columbia Valley, WA

Tasting Notes: Greeted by notes of black cherry, red plum and hints of savory herbs. The aromatics mingle over to the palate, adding bay leaf,

pomegranate, sweet, red ripened fruits and bits of sage.

4th Course

Ostrich Tenderloin

With Risotto Milanese

2013 The Rookie Cabernet Sauvignon - Columbia Valley, WA

Tasting Notes: This 100% Red Mountain Cabernet features notes of black cherry, licorice, dark-roasted coffee and smoke.

While the mouth-feel is big and structured, the wine is quite approachable.

5th Course

Chocolate Pots de Crème

2014 The Informant Syrah - Columbia Valley, WA

Tasting Notes: This latest vintage of this Wahluke Slope wine features the prettiest floral notes with hints of lilac.

With ripe blackberry, boysenberry and currant on the nose and palate; this wine is full-bodied and concentrated,

yet remarkably smooth and supple.
