Every Tuesday is BBQ Night at Balaban's
Executive Chef Phil Stemmler has created a St. Louis style BBQ special to be served every Tuesday Night. The $20 meal includes an appetizer: your choice of house-made toasted ravioli, or beer-battered fried pickles with a Tabasco ranch sauce, as well as your choice of entrees: BBQ pork steak, Smoked ribs, or pulled pork sliders. Choose two sides: St. Louis style home fries, baked beans, or fresh pineapple slaw.
